Subscription cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Noseweek Online.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase We invite You to review our policy on cancellations and refunds.

Interpretation and Definitions:

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Noseweek Online (Pty) Ltd, 4 Links Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town, 7700

Goods refer to the subscription for a specified period to, or a specified number of, issues of Noseweek Online offered for sale on our website or by mail

Order mean a request by You to purchase a  subscription to Noseweek Online  from Us

Website refers to Noseweek, accessible at http://www.noseweek.co.za

You means the individual accessing or using the subscription service on the website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable

Your Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which receipt of your subscription order was confirmed by the Company, or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, received such confirmation.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email to: accounts@noseweek.co.za

Or by phone to +27-21-6860570, which telephonic cancellation instruction shall have been confirmed by email by the Company within 48 hours.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees other than the incurred bank charges for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Cancellation: In order for the subscription to be eligible for cancellation and refund, please make sure that:

The Subscription was purchased in the last 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for a cancellation that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

Subscriptions offered and bought at a discount cannot be cancelled for a refund.

If the Subscription was marked as a gift when purchased, on cancellation the refund will be paid to the gift giver.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The business of Noseweek Online (Pty) Ltd is conducted in compliance with South African Law and Regulations and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court of Wynberg, Western Cape and, where appropriate, the Western Cape High Court, Cape Town.
