Marcel Golding suffers court humiliation

Western Cape High Court rules that billionare ex-unionist's bid to summarily evict a worker born on his wine farm was unlawful and for no cause.

In July 2013 billionaire ex-trade unionist Marcel Golding, then still executive chairman of HCI (Hosken Consolidated Investments) bought portions 9 and 11 of the once-famous Cape wine farm Nooitgedacht (“Never imagined”) from fellow multi-millionaire Simon Barlow for R42.5 million.

The people who have millions always think they can push those around who don't. That's why they have so much money. It's great to see that Armien can stay where he is. BUT what will the owner do now? Make his stay unpleasant in the house?

Wonderful news.
It is stunning that the Western Cape High Court found that the terms and conditions of the constitution fully applied and gave judgement in Hendricks favour.
It would be interesting to find out on what basis Judge Fortuin based her decision.
Shame on you Golding, shame on you.
