
A South African economic meltdown is imminent, warns the analyst who forecast the last global financial crisis. By Donwald Pressly
Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble lies ahead for the South African economy, at least in the opinion of seasoned Forbes columnist Jesse Colombo, who has set out clearly what South Africans can expect when – and not if – its economic bubble bursts.
Colombo believes the collapse will be triggered by a property market implosion that will happen this year. Then, he says, South Africans can expect various other nasty things to happen.
