ASA run-around drags on

ASA board member Laraine Lane, who suffered collateral damage in the 2009 Caster Semenya sex-testing controversy, has remained suspended despite official inquiries having exonerated her of any financial wrongdoing and having found that she acted correctly over Semenya.

The suspension imposed on Lane means she is barred from working in any sport. In desperation she has brought a high court application to order Sascoc to set aside her suspension.
