When President Jacob Zuma told the nation who it was he wanted to see as the next Chief Justice, it was a surprise to many, as Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng had clearly failed to make a name for himself. Even the President couldn't find much to say about him.

I have always maintained that the majority members on the JSC vote on political lines. All the JSC is doing is filling the courts with ANC lackeys so that when they are a majority bye-bye democracy

No matter what qualifications an idiot might have, he is still an idiot.
It has nothing to do with colour and has everything to do with being an idiot, it is that simple that even an idiot should understand it, unless, as it appears, it is an idiot of colour.
