As we went to press, millionaire businessman Moses Marole – husband of President Zuma’s latest recruit to his Presidential State-Owned Enterprises Review Committee, Dawn Marole – had still managed to avoid the dock after ploughing his Mercedes S class into seven cars and severely injuring a woman after an evening celebrating his 67th birthday.

His good fortune came when the calculation was done and the numbers were read as under the limit instead of 3 times over.

Please keep us updated. I'd like to know if he was charged with drunk driving. If he is not charged, surely it would set a precedent that no one with less than 0.14g/100ml should be charged? It makes a mockery of our drunk driving laws. The same as when the cops pretended Yengeni's sanple was taken more than 3 hours later when it was not.
