The developers lured apartment buyers with tales of a luxury entertainment facility and then took it away for themselves and promptly went ahead and mortgaged the space.

Quite how they achieved this not too clear, but the sectional title shareholders of the luxury Manhattan Suites in Cape Town are not happy with the situation.

Is there a correlation between Leon Cohen and Investec, perhaps? It would seem so: they both have the same connections.
