Nearly five months have passed since Moses Marole ran riot in a Sandton parking lot folowing his 67th birthday celebrations. Although his blood alcohol level was three times the legal amount allowed, the tycoon is out on R1,000 bail unencumbered by inconvenient charges of drunken or reckless and dangerous driving.
