Why dont the workers lodge claims against the farmer for poisoning themselves and contaminating the workplace. It's my understanding that if an employee exposes workers to health risks he is guilty of criminal behavior, isn't that so?

Editor's Note
It should be the responsibility of the Public Health Department to charge the offending farmer. Worker's are more afraid of losing their jobs than dying from contamination.
