Why are these people here?
Why has no one addressed the reason for their flight from Zimbabwe?
We are getting bogged down addressing the symptom instead of the cause. The South African government should accept responsibility for its foreign policy failure which encourages neighboring dictators to abuse, rape and murder their people with complete impunity. It should also take responsibility for the well being of the victims of dictatorships which they actively support
