This ever-present fear (and persecution) of whistle-blowers! Hats off to those brave people and reporters who still blow the whistles, despite all the threats made against them. Imagine how many whistles are NOT blown thanks to the Le Rouxs of officialdom!

Why does the commissioner hide behind the "law"?
Reminds me of the two worker achieving nothing system - one digs a hole, the other fills - both have a job, but have achineved buger-all!
What do we achieve with these court orders?? Job security for a judge? To issue more papers?? Is this what "human rights" are about? Where does social services fit in, to be looking after the by-products of these misfits?
