Why is this so difficult for Gordon's Bay? Get a court Interdict and order to tear down the building parts which exceed the limits. So easy... but costly, but once done, developers will think twice before exceeding limits again.

Editor's Note
In some countries we know, the Councils use the By-Laws to pull down the offending sections and bill the developer for the demolition... but in this beloved country of ours, the developer are simply fined and sometimes allowed to retain the offending sections. They call it constitutional democracy...

By the way Spar should read Spur.
