Nail the fish and chip shop on the corner owner. That is what we are coming to in this country. The same relentless and ludicrous campaign is being waged against the small rough diamond dealer who earns a living as a sole proprietor. By all means call the large corporations to count. But leave the small operator a means to feed himself and his family.
