Try FNB charging R16.50 to accept a deposit of R125. Their advice? Tell your customer to make payment in another way. Yep, that's a winner, thanks, you avaricious, customer service-blind cretins.

Just another gripe about that bunch of thieves at baggage services at JBG airport. My colleague had his suitcase prized open and nearly 2kg of Swiss chocolate stolen. How is this possible with so-called 'video cameras' in this area? Where are the supervisors or are they also in on the theft? Written email complaints lodged with SAA do not even get a response. JBG airport baggage services are now as notorious as Nigeria as all of my international friends and I simply dread our suitcases going through the Thieving Services. SAA management should stop giving in to Union demands and outsource this service to a reputable organisation as there is no justification for the continued theft of passengers' suitcases and the contents thereof. This is just one more reason why I will leave South Africa.
