The Speaker’s failure to respond to Mario Ambrosini’s pleas for a parliamentary hearing have sparked legal proceedings and you know that feeling you get when dealing with a government department: nothing works as it should, and the rules count for zilch. As for complaining, you may as well spit into the wind. But it seems even the honourable MPs have to put up with this sort of thing.
