There is another illegal development in Plettenberg Bay developed by Amanda Pretorius. Santini Village. Mrs Pretorius has conned hundreds of people into buying offplan into her substandard development where practically nothing in it should have been 'signed off' by the local municipality. Most people find themselves unable to sell their flats due to the appalling reputation the development now has. I am simply leaving my flat to be repossessed by the Standard Bank which lent me the money to buy the property. Surely banks should be held accountable to an extent as they should be more responsible about sub standard developments which should not pass their own lending criteria.
