Tenants of the Bel air Mall in Sandton who may have hoped for speedy liquidation of the Theodosiou brothers’ tottering real estate empire – so a new buyer can be found to get the mall up and running again - will be disappointed yet again. The Theodosiou's lawyers have thrown yet another curve ball at Absa.

ABSA knew about the infamouse brothers dodgy dealings yet they continued doing business, why ?

Yes Absa "This is a good mall. It has to work sooner than later". What happens to the people that lost there savings in opening businesses in this centre? The answer is nothing. Break the Centre down and turn it into a play park. It will have more use
