Where do the fine funds go? It is all well and good fining the rich, but I do not see any of this money coming back to the poor consumers who have incurred the expenses in the first place? I am really glad to learn of the existence of Waspa. Maybe now I will get the money back that MTN have owed me for over a year!

Mira Networks definitely needs further investigation. Debited my young daughters cellphone with R50 two months in a row, after she downloaded a game/music on the net. Impossible to get hold of as well even though they have SA phone number. All you get is an automated answering machine. Surely Vodacon must have some responsibility to monitor these companies as well.
