That mysterious legal creature called the silk, aka Senior Counsel (SC) is basically an advocate who's been around the block a few times, and who's rewarded for their effort by being allowed to "take silk". Is a colonial legal tradition hanging by a thread? I suspect that we are in for some fun and games.
